一、儀器特點
       1. 高度自動化，升溫、測量介損 、測量電阻率可一次完成；
       2. 油杯采用符合國標(biāo)GB/T5654-2007的三電極式結(jié)構(gòu)，極間間距2mm，可消除雜散電容及瀉漏對介損測試結(jié)果的影響；
       3、儀器采用中頻感應(yīng)加熱，PID控溫算法。該加熱方式具備油杯與加熱體非接觸、加熱均勻、速度快、控制方便等優(yōu)點，使溫度嚴(yán)格控制在預(yù)設(shè)溫度誤差范圍以內(nèi)。
       4、采用先進(jìn)的DSP和FFT技術(shù)，確保數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確、可靠。
       5、內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器為SF6 充氣三點極式電容，該電容的介損及電容量不受環(huán)境溫度、濕度等影響，使儀器精度在長時間使用后仍然得到保證。
       6、大屏幕彩色觸摸屏，中文操作菜單，人家對話方便，操作簡潔明了，一目了然。
       7、具有開蓋斷高壓，油杯高低壓電極短路等溫馨提示，消除安全隱患，確保操作人員的人身安全和設(shè)備的正常運行。
       8、自帶實時時鐘，測試日期、時間可隨測試結(jié)果保存、顯示、打印；設(shè)備可以顯示環(huán)境溫度，對試驗環(huán)境實時進(jìn)行檢測。
       9、自動存儲測量數(shù)據(jù)，可存儲100組測量數(shù)據(jù)。
       10. 空電極杯校準(zhǔn)功能。測量空電極杯的電容量和介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)，以判斷空電極杯的清洗和裝配狀況。校準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)自動保存，以利于相對電容率和直流電阻率的*計算。
